Commercial floor care: carpet, tile and grout
Floors are the first thing a visitor notices and the hardest thing to keep up with a mop and a vacuum. We deep clean carpet, tile and grout, and keep hard floors buffed and waxed.
Carpet cleaning
Vacuuming keeps carpet presentable. It does not reach the dirt, spills and odor worked down into the fibers. We clean commercial carpet with hot water extraction: hot water goes deep into the carpet and is pulled back out along with the dirt. The carpet comes out looking and smelling clean, and regular deep cleaning helps it last longer before it has to be replaced.
Tile and grout cleaning
A mop moves dirt around the surface of the tile and leaves it packed into the grout lines, which is why grout darkens over time. We clean tile and grout with the same hot water extraction method to pull out what mopping cannot reach and bring the floor back close to how it looked when it was new.
Hard floors
We buff and wax hard floors and maintain wood, ceramic and marble floors for customers with a mix of surfaces across their buildings.
On its own or on contract
Book floor care as a one-time job, on a set rotation, or as part of a janitorial contract so the deep cleans happen without anyone having to remember to schedule them.
